What are the charges to list?
We have a number of options from listing on one site to listing on all sites throughout our group and even passing over your property to one of our countries agents, then sit back, relax and let them do the work. More details can be found here
Who do clients pay money too?
This depends on the advertising option chosen, if you select either our Bronze or Silver option then you take all payments, however if you use our Gold option our agents deal with the financial side and simply send over the payments upon completion.
Do we pay you a commission for the booking?
This depends on the advertising option chosen, if you select either our Bronze or Silver option then you don't pay any commissions to anybody, with our Gold option our agents add a commission on to the price of your property.
How do we get our clients from the airport to the property?
If your property is listed with one of our own agents they can arrange anything for your clients ranging from airport transfers to welcome packs, trips and tours and even car hire. If the property is listed by a private owner (Bronze or Silver option) you can either arrange the transfers or suggest a company, all we ask is that you use a reliable company.
How do our clients get the keys to the property?
If the property is booked through one of our own agents they arrange this side, if not you will need to arrange either a meeting point or somebody to meet the client.
What happens if a client has an emergency whilst away?
Our agents properties contain a handy leaflet giving an emergency number and also local numbers such as hospitals etc, if you are an owner we suggest leaving an emergency contact number.
Can clients cancel a Booking?
This is up to the owners or agents, we suggest taking a non returnable deposit and full payment to be paid within a certain timeframe.
