We all need a little help sometimes, we also realise that with the stories about booking online not being safe some people have doubts, we've added a number of frequently asked questions below. If you can't find the answers you're looking for feel free to contact us.


Is it safe to book through your site?
We have many happy customers who have booked through our site both from private owners and through our trusted agents, if in doubt feel free to ask any questions our owners and agents are only too happy to answer.

Who do we pay our money too?
All payments are paid to the owners or agents, most accept payment online either through Paypal cheque, electronic bank transfer, credit or debit cards.
Please note: We do not recommend mailing cash or using wire transfers such as Western Union or MoneyGram as you do not receive proof of payment.

How do we get from the airport to the property?
If the property is booked through one of our own agents they can arrange anything for you ranging from airport transfers to welcome packs, trips and tours and even car hire. Simple let them know in advance what your needs are. If the property is listed by a private owner they might be able to suggest a company, if not please visit our services section.

How do we get the keys to the property?
If the property is booked through one of our own agents they will contact you regarding final details such as airport transfers, car hire, tours and the keys to the property. Property owners also arrange details such as keys.

How do we know if the property is listed by an owner or agent?
When you request details of a property you will receive a confirmation email, this will contain contact details including the agents local address and contact number.

What happens if we have an emergency whilst away?
Our agents properties contain a handy leaflet giving an emergency number and also local numbers such as hospitals etc, all we ask is that you don't call the emergency number for what we call "non emergencies" such as the weather is too hot :) yes you will be suprised we do get them.

Can we cancel a Booking?
This is up to the owners or agents, most require a non returnable deposit to be paid and full payment to be paid within a certain timeframe, please try to look at it from the owners point of view if a customer cancels after a certain time they might not be able to rent out the property again.
